How to create an Axis Employee Portal
Axis Employee Portal is a web-based administrative tool that allows users to manage employee information, including payroll, benefits, and leave management. To create an Axis Employee Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Axis website.
2. Click the "Employee Portal" link on the left-hand side of the home page.
3. In the "Employee Portal" menu, click "Create New Employee Portal."
4. On the "Create New Employee Portal" page, enter a name for your portal in the "Name" field and select a region from the list on the left-hand side. You can also specify which systems your portal will access (e.g., HR and Payroll). Click "Next."
5. On the "Settings" page, you can specify which users have access to your portal and configure settings such as password expiration dates and encryption methods. Click "Save Settings."
6. On the "Create Portals" page, you can add additional portals to your existing Employee Portal system by clicking on the blue "+Add New Portal" button. Once you've added a new portal, you'll need to set up permissions for each
How to sign in to your Axis Employee Portal
If you are a current Axis employee, you likely have an account on the company portal. If you are not currently an Axis employee, or if you have forgotten your password, follow these instructions to sign in:
1. Go to www.axis.com and enter your login credentials. (If you don't have access to the www.axis.com website, please contact Axis customer service for assistance.)
2. Click on "My Profile" in the top left corner of the page.
3. Under "Login Methods," select "Employee Portal."
4. Enter your user name and password and click "Log In." You will be automatically logged in to your account on the Employee Portal if you are a current Axis employee. If you are not currently an Axis employee, or if you have forgotten your password, follow these instructions to sign in:

2. Enter your user name and password and click "Sign In

If you have an employee portal account, you can manage your account settings by logging in to your account and clicking on the "Settings" link in the left navigation panel. How to activate security features
Axis Employee Portal offers a number of security features that can help protect your online information. You can activate these features by following these steps:
1. Log into your Axis account.
2. Click the Security tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. To activate password protection, click the Password Protect link on the right-hand side of the screen. Enter your password in the User Name and Password fields, and then click the Activate button.
4. To activate two-factor authentication (2FA), click the Two-Factor Authentication link on the right-hand side of the screen, enter your username and password in the corresponding fields, and then click the Activate button. If you have an app installed on your mobile device that supports 2FA, you will be prompted to set up a 2FA code. Note: If you do not have an app installed on your mobile device that supports 2FA, you will be able to set up 2FA through Axis' My Account page. After entering your username and password, click Sign In to activate 2FA.
