The Empire Medical Training Member Portal is an online service that allows registered Empire medical training members to access a variety of resources and services, including course registration, billing, and communication. In this tutorial, we will teach you how to login to the Member Portal.
How to login to Empire Medical Training Member Portal
If you are new to the Empire Medical Training Member Portal, or just need help logging in, follow these steps:
1.Click on the "Sign In" button in the top right corner of the main page.
2.Enter your username and password into the respective fields, and click "Sign In."
3.You will be taken to the "Member Login" page. Here you can see all of your current member account information. If you have previously registered for an account with Empire Medical Training, please enter your email address and password in the corresponding fields and click "Login."
4.If you do not have an account with Empire Medical Training, you can create a new account by clicking on the "Create New Account" button below the "Sign In" field and following the prompts on the screen.
How to manage your account
If you are new to the Empire Medical Training site, or if you have forgotten your username and/or password, please follow these instructions to reset your account:
1. Click on the “My Account” link at the top of any page on the site.
2. In the “My Account” box that appears, enter your username (the first part of your e-mail address) and your password (the second part of your e-mail address). If you have forgotten both your username and password, click on the “Forgot Your Username?” link in the “My Account” box and follow the instructions that appear there.
3. If you have not yet registered for an account on Empire Medical Training, please click on the “Register” link in the “My Account” box and follow the instructions that appear there.
How to update your personal information
If you have changed your name, email address, or contact information since joining Empire Medical Training, you will need to update your personal information on the Member Portal. The following steps will help you update your personal information:
1. Log in to the Member Portal.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top right corner of the page.
3. In the "My Account" section, click on "Edit Profile."
4. In the "Edit Profile" section, under "Personal Information," make sure that all of your personal information is correct and updated. If you have changed your email address, for example, please enter your new email address in the "Email Address" field and click "Save." If you have changed your contact information, for example, please enter your new phone number in the "Phone Number" field and click "Save." If you have not changed any of your personal information, than leave it as is and click "Save."
5. Click on "Update Profile" to save your changes and return to the Member Portal main page.

How to unsubscribe from mailing lists
If you no longer wish to receive e-mail notifications from Empire Medical Training, please follow the instructions below to unsubscribe.
Click on the link in the "Unsubscribe from this mailing list" section of any e-mail notification you receive from us. A confirmation message will appear. Click on the "Yes, Remove me from this mailing list" button. You will then be taken to a confirmation page where you will be asked to confirm that you want to unsubscribe from all their mailing lists. Click on the "Confirm" button and your request will be processed.
How to report a problem with the Member Portal
If you have a problem with the Member Portal, you can report it by clicking on the “Report a problem” link on the main menu. This will take you to a form where you can describe your issue in as much detail as possible. After you submit the form, we will do their best to address your issue as soon as possible.
