If you have moved and would like to update your contact information on Emergis, please follow these instructions:
Log in to the Emergis Provider Portal. Click on the "Manage My Account" link in the top left corner of the screen. In the "My Account" window, click on the "Update Contact Information" button. Enter your new contact information in the fields that appear, and click on the "Update" button. You will now be redirected to the Emergis website to confirm your changes.
