How to login to Elo Partner Portal
If you are not already logged in to the Elo Partner Portal, please follow these instructions to log in:
1. Click on the ellipses (…) icon located in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. In the popup window that appears, enter your username and password.
3. Click Log In to confirm your login.
How to create an Elo account
If you are a new student or employee at the University of Kansas and would like to be on the Elo Partner Portal, you can create an account by following these simple steps:
1. Log in to MyKU (https://myku.edu/login) with your MyKU account information.
2. Click the “Elo Portal” link in the header of the homepage.
3. On the Elo Portal home page, click the “Create a New Account” link in the header.
4. Enter your name, email address, and password in the appropriate fields on the Elo Portal login form.
5. Click the “Create Account” button to create your new Elo account.
How to add a partner
If you are new to the Elo Partner Portal, or if you have forgotten your login credentials, follow these steps to add a partner:
1. Log in to the Elo Partner Portal. If you have not already logged in, click on the Login link in the top right corner of the portal screen. Enter your email address and password into the fields provided, and click on the Log In button.
2. On the Home page of the portal, click on Partnerships. On the left side of the Partnerships page, under Overview, click on Add a New Partnership.
3. In the Add New Partnership form, enter the following information: Name: The name of your partnership (e.g., "My Team"). Description: A brief description of your partnership (e.g., "A partnership between two schools"). Email Address: Your email address for communicating with your partner(s). Phone Number: Your phone number for communicating with your partner(s). Click on Continue.
4. On the next page, provide your partner's email address and password (or other authentication information). You will also need to specify how often you would like to receive notifications about changes to
How to invite a partner
If you would like to invite a partner to the Elo Partner Portal, you can do so by following these steps:
1. Click on the "Invite Partners" link located at the top of the homepage.
2. On the Invite Partners page, enter the email address of your partner and click on the "Send Invitation" button.
3. Your partner will receive an email notification inviting them to join the portal.
How to manage your partner profile
If you're looking to manage your partner profile on the Elo Partner Portal, below are four quick and easy steps to get started.
1) Log in to the Elo Partner Portal.
2) Click on your name in the upper-left corner of the home page.
3) On the "My Account" tab, click on "Edit Profile."
4) Complete the fields on the "Profile Settings" form, and click "Save Changes."
How to cancel an invitation
If you have already accepted an invitation to join an Elo Partner Portal account and you no longer want to participate, there are a few things you can do. You can cancel your invitation by clicking on the “Cancel” link in the email that was sent to you. If you did not receive an email about your invitation, or if you have lost your invitation, you can also cancel your participation by clicking on the “Manage my Accounts” link at the top of the page and selecting “Cancel my Account” from the menu.
How to change your password
To change your password, go to the Elo Partner Portal and sign in. On the left-hand side of the page, click on "My Account." In the "My Account" section, click on "Change Password." Enter your current password and new password in the appropriate fields and click on "Update Profile."
