How to find your EWS ID
If you have an EWS ID, you can login to the patient portal by following these steps:
-Click on "My Account" on the top right hand corner of the website.
-Enter your EWS ID in the "Login ID" field and your password in the "Password" field.
-Click on "Log In".
If you don't have an EWS ID, you can create one by following these steps:
-Click on "My Account" on the top right hand corner of the website.
- Enter your name and email address in the "Name" and "Email Address" fields, respectively.
- Click on "Create Account".
- You will be redirected to a confirmation page where you will need to enter your name and email address again.
- Click on "Create Account".
- Your account is now created and you can login by following these steps:
-Click on "My Account" on the top right hand corner of the website.
- Enter your name and email address in the "Name" and "Email Address" fields, respectively.
