To access the portal, select "East Cambridge" from the drop-down menu on the homepage, and then click on the "Login" link in the upper right corner.

How to manage your email account
If you're new to East, or haven't used their resident portal login in a while, we've got you covered! Here's a quick guide on how to login and manage your email account:
1. Log in to the resident portal using your username and password.
2. Click on the ' Email' tab in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. You'll see your current email address and other information, such as when your next billing cycle is. You can also click on the 'Manage My Email' link to change your address, add a forwarding address, or unsubscribe from newsletters.
4. To send an email, click on the 'Mail' button in the lower right corner of the screen and enter the recipient's email address. You can also attach files using the 'File' button.
How to cancel your subscription
If you no longer want to receive blog notifications, you can cancel your subscription by clicking on the “Cancel Subscription” link at the top of any blog post.
How to change your password
If you've forgotten your password, or want to change it, please follow these instructions:
1. Click the "Forgot your Password?" link on the main page of the portal.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields, and click "Update Profile."
3. If you have multiple accounts on East Portal, you will be asked to select which account you would like to log into.
4. Once logged in, you will be able to reset your password if needed.
How to unsubscribe from emails
To unsubscribe from email notifications, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Settings" button on the top right corner of any East Portal page.
2. Under "Notifications," click "Unsubscribe."
3. Enter your email address in the box that appears and click "Submit."
How to block unwanted emails
If you have been receiving a lot of spam email, you can block them from coming into your inbox by following these steps:
1. Open the East Resident Portal and click on the "Settings" link in the top-left corner.
2. In the "Settings" window, click on the "Email Settings" tab.
3. On the "Email Settings" tab, under "Blocking Rules", select the checkbox next to "Spam":[x]
