Efolio Login is a user interface for managing your ePortfolios, portfolios of creative works, or other collections of documents. It lets you browse and manage your ePortfolios on the web or in a mobile app, and share them with people who have accounts with Efolio.
How to login to your Efolio account
If you're not already logged in to your Efolio account, you can do so by following these simple steps:
1. Click on the "Login" link located at the top right corner of any page on their website.
2. Enter your email address and password into the fields provided and click "Log In."
3. You'll be automatically taken to your personalized homepage, where you can start working on your projects!
How to change your password
If you forgot your password, or if you want to change it, follow these steps:
1. Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click the “Submit” button.
3. You will now receive an email message with instructions on how to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
How to cancel your subscription
If you need to cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account at efolio.com and click on "My Account" in the top right corner.
2. Under "Subscriptions," click on the blue button that says "Cancel Subscription."
3. You will be asked to confirm your decision to cancel your subscription. Click on the blue "Yes, Cancel My Subscription" button to finish cancelling your subscription.
How to view your previous transactions
If you have an Efolio account, you can view your previous transactions by logging in to your account and clicking on the "Transactions" tab. This will show you a list of all of the purchases and sales that have been made with your account. You can also use this tab to see information about each transaction, such as the item that was purchased or sold, the price that was paid, and the date that it was made.
How to export your data
If you have created an Efolio account and you would like to export your data, follow these steps:
1. Log into your Efolio account.
2. Click on the "My Page" tab at the top of the page.
3. On the My Page tab, click on the "Data" button in the top right corner.
4. On the Data page, under "Exporting Your Data," click on the blue "Export Now" button.
5. On the Export Data page, enter a file name for your export and click on the blue "Export" button.
6. You will be prompted to confirm that you want to export your data, and then your data will be exported to your chosen file format.
How to import your data
If you have an account with Efolio, follow these steps to import your data:1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab.
3. Under "Upload Files," select the files you want to import and click "Import."
4. You'll see a summary of your data after it's been imported, and you can delete any files that you don't want to keep.
How to report a problem
If you experience a problem with your Efolio login, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Efolio app on your device.
2. Click on the "Menu" tab in the top left corner of the app.
3. Select "Settings."
4. Under "Login & Security," click on "Report a problem."
5. Fill out the form and include as much information as possible about your issue, including: your device name and version number, which browser you're using, and what steps you followed to troubleshoot the issue.
