Leave and bereavement policy
Edwards Brothers Malloy is committed to providing a safe and healthy work place for all of its employees. In the event that an employee is absent due to bereavement, the following policy will apply:
The employee will be granted leave with pay for the number of days specified in their policy. For example, if an employee’s policy specifies four days off, then they will be entitled to take four days off without any loss of pay. If an employee’s policy does not specify a number of days off, then the employee will be granted leave with pay for a full calendar week. For example, if an employee has a policy that specifies two days off, then they would be entitled to take four days off and also have two days off without any loss of pay.
