ECSI customers can login to the ECSI Customer Portal by first logging into their account on ecsi.com. Once logged in, they will see a menu bar on the left side of the page with options for "My Accounts" and "Customer Portal." Click on "Customer Portal" to access the portal.
To log into your account, you will need your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please contact customer service at 1-866-738-4357. You can also reset your password by clicking on "Reset Password" below your username in the menu bar and inputting your new password.
If you have lost access to your account, please contact customer service at 1-866-738-4357 and they will help you regain access to the ECSI Customer Portal.

3. You will now be able to see the account number for this specific Ecsi account.
