How to login to the Eclinicalweb Patient Portal
If you are a patient, you can use the Patient Portal to access your clinical information and stay up-to-date on your care. To log in, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Patient Portal home page.
2. Click the Login link in the upper left corner of the page.
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields, and click Log In.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to change it:
1. Log in to your account at eclinicalweb.com.
2. Click on the “My Account” tab at the top of the screen.
3. Under “Login Name and Password,” click on “Change Password.”
4. Enter your current password into the “New Password” field and make sure that the “Confirm New Password” field is checked.
5. Click on the “Submit” button to change your password.
How to add or update your personal information
Adding personal information to your Eclinicalweb account is easy, and can be done in a few simple steps.
To start, log in to your account on the website.
Once you're logged in, click on the "My Account" tab on the main page.
On the My Account page, you'll see a section for "Personal Info."
In this section, you can add or update your name, email address, and other personal information.
You can also choose to sign in with your Facebook account if you have one.
If you want to delete any of your personal information from your account, simply click on the "Delete" link next to that information.
How to view your healthcare history
If you are a patient or caregiver using Eclinicalweb, you may want to view your healthcare history. You can do this by logging in to your patient portal and clicking on the History tab. From here, you can view all of your appointments, test results, and more!
How to manage your account and preferences
When you create an account on the Eclinicalweb Patient Portal, you will be asked to enter your email address and password. You can manage your account preferences by visiting the Settings-> Preferences page. On this page, you can change your email address and password, as well as select which of your medical records are displayed on the Patient Portal. You can also choose to receive email notifications when new content is added to the Patient Portal, or when a question is answered that relates to one of your medical records.
How to message a doctor or nurse
If you need to message a doctor or nurse, the easiest way to do so is through the Eclinicalweb Patient Portal.
How to access your prescription medications
If you are a patient and have been prescribed medications by your doctor, you may need to login to the Eclinicalweb Patient Portal to access your prescription medications. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Patient Portal homepage at www.eclinicalweb.com.
2. Click on the "Login" link in the top right corner of the page.
3. Enter your patient ID number and password. You will be prompted to confirm your identity before continuing.
4. Once you have logged in, click on the "My Prescriptions" tab to view all of your prescription medications. You can also add new medications or update existing prescriptions by clicking on the "Add New" or "Update" links next to each medication.
