How to login to Ecare Portal
Ecare Portal is a web-based application that allows nurses to access their patient and health information from anywhere. To login to the Ecare Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Ecare Portal home page.
2. Click Login in theupper right corner of the homepage.
3. Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields and click Log In.
4. If you have not already created an account, you will be prompted to do so now. Enter your user name and password and click OK. You are now logged in to the Ecare Portal!

How to find your Ecare Portal Username and Password
If you have forgotten your Ecare Portal Username and Password, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Ecare Portal at www.ehealthsolutions.com.
2. Click on the user menu icon on the top right hand corner of the screen and select "Profile."
3. Enter your Username in the text box and click on the "Generate" button. You will be prompted to enter your Password and Click on "Generate."
4. You should now see a message that says, "You are logged in as: __________." If not, please contact your Ecare Administrator for assistance logging in.
How to change your Ecare Portal Username and Password
If you have forgotten your username or password for your Ecare Portal account, follow these instructions to change them.:
1. Log in to your Ecare Portal account.
2. Click on the “My Account” tab at the top of the page.
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the “Log In” button.
4. If you have not already done so, select a profile picture for yourself by clicking on the “Photos” tab and uploading an image from your computer. Note: You will only be able to use one photo for each profile account.
5. Click on the “Settings” link on the left side of the My Account page. This will take you to the Settings page for your account. Here you can change your username and password if needed.
How to cancel your subscription to Ecare Portal
Cancel your subscription to Ecare Portal by following these steps:
1. Log in to your account on the Ecare Portal website.
2. In the My Account section, click on the Subscriptions link.
3. On the subscription cancellation form, enter your email address and click on the Submit button.
4. You will receive a confirmation message with details about cancelling your subscription.
