How to login to Ecampus Portal
If you are a current student, faculty, or staff member at Texas A&M University, you can login to the Ecampus Portal using your NetID and password. If you are not currently a Texas A&M student, faculty, or staff member, you can learn more about becoming one here.
How to reset your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you have changed your password and need to reset it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the ecampus portal.
2. Click on the My Account tab.
3. Click on the Password link in the Password & Security section.
4. Enter your email address in the Email Address field and click on the Reset Password button.
5. Type your new password in the New Password field and click on the Confirm New Password button.
How to add or update your information
Ecampus is a great resource for finding information about schools and colleges. You can add or update your information by logging in to your account.
To login, go to the top right corner of the homepage and click on "Log In." You will be prompted to enter your username and password. If you have not registered for an account, you will be prompted to do so. Once you have logged in, you will see a list of all of your registered accounts. Click on the name of the account you want to use to access this blog, and you will be taken to the blog content.
How to dispute a charge on your account
If you have a problem with a charge on your account, you can dispute it. To dispute a charge, go to My Accounts and click Dispute Bill. You'll need the following information to dispute a charge:
1. The amount of the disputed charge
2. The date of the disputed charge
3. Your account number
4. The reason for the dispute
5. Your contact information (phone number and email address)
6. A statement about why you believe the charge is erroneous
7. A statement about how you plan to resolve the dispute
