How to login to Ebs Portal
If you have forgotten your username or password, follow the steps below to reset them. :
1. Log in to Ebs Portal and click on "My Account" in the top left corner. :
2. Click on the "Password Reset" link next to your username. :
3. Enter your email address and click on the "Create New Password" button. :
4. Enter your new password and click on the "Confirm Password" button.
How to find your account number
If you don't remember your account number, sign in to your account and click on the "My Account" tab. Under "Profile," click on the "Logins" link. On the "Logins" page, find your account number and take note of it. You can also find this information under the "Details" tab of your account profile.
How to request a password change
If you have forgotten your Ebs Portal password, or if you need to request a new password, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Login page and enter your email address and password. If you are not registered with Ebs Portal, you will be prompted to create an account.
2. Click on the Change Password link in the User Profile section of the login page. You will be redirected to a new page where you can enter your current password and new password.
3. Click on the Update Password button to save your changes.
How to activate your account

3. On the My Account page, click on Deactivate Account in the left navigation bar.

How to view your account activity
If you registered for an account on the Ebs Portal, you can view your account activity by clicking on the "My Account" link on the main navigation bar. This will take you to a page where you can view all of your activity, including any tickets that you've created, as well as any comments or responses that others have made to your posts.
