How to login to the EStudent Portal
To login to the EStudent Portal, you will need your username and password. To find out your username and password, please see the instructions below.
If you have forgotten your username or password, please contact the EStudent Portal support team at [email protected]. They will be able to help you reset your username and password.
How to change your password
To change your password, first click on the “My Account” button on the homepage. This will take you to the “Login” page.
On the “Login” page, you will need to enter your username and password. You can also click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link if you have forgotten your username or password.
If you have forgotten both your username and password, you can contact customer support to get help recovering your account.
How to report a problem with the EStudent Portal
If you experience a problem with the EStudent Portal, you can report it by clicking on “Report a Problem” in the main menu. This will take you to a page where you can describe your problem and provide any helpful information that may help us to solve it.
If you need help logging in to the EStudent Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Enter your NetID and password.
2. Click “Login.” If this is your first time using the portal, you will be prompted to create a user account. Once you have created your account, you will be able to log in automatically every time you visit the portal.
How to view your account information
If you are an E student and have an active MyEdu account, you can view your account information on the MyEdu portal. To do this, go to the MyEdu portal (https://myedu.ed.gov/login), sign in, and click on your name in the upper-left corner of the page. You will then be able to see all of your account information, including your username, password, courses, grades, and contact information.
How to unsubscribe from Ee-mail updates
If you no longer wish to receive E-mail updates from the E Student Portal, you can unsubscribe by following these instructions:
1) Click on the "My Account" tab at the top of the portal.
2) On the My Account page, click on "Subscriptions."
3) On the Subscriptions page, click on the "Unsubscribe" button next to the "E-mail Updates" subscription.
