How to login to Dynamics Ax Enterprise Portal
If you are new to Dynamics Ax Enterprise Portal, you first need to create an account. You can create an account by clicking the link in the upper left corner of the portal or by going to https://www.dynamics.com/ax-enterprise-portal/. Once you have created your account, you'll need to sign in. To sign in, click on your name in the top right corner of the portal and select Sign In. Enter your user name and password and click on Sign In. If you are signed in, you will see the Login screen. In order to log in, enter your user name and password and click on Login.
How to create an account
If you are not already registered, create an account and complete the registration process.

How to update your account information
If you have forgotten your username or password, follow these steps to update your account information:
1. Go to the home screen of the Dynamics Ax Enterprise Portal and select "Login."
2. Enter your username and password and click "Log In."
3. On the Status page, under "My Account," click "Update Profile."
4. On the Update Profile page, enter your new username and password and click "Update Profile."
How to cancel your account
If you need to cancel your account, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Dynamics Ax Enterprise Portal and click on the Account tab.
2. In the Account Details section, click on Cancel My Account.
3. You will be prompted to enter your login ID and password. Click on Cancel My Account again to confirm your decision.
How to manage your account passwords
If you have forgotten your password, or if you just want to make sure that no one is accessing your account without your permission, you can login to your Dynamics Ax Enterprise Portal account through the following steps:
1. Click on the ≡ arrow next to the Log In button in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Type in your username and password and click on the Submit button.
3. If you are prompted to authorize an application, click on the Accept button.
4. You will be returned to the Main Menu screen, where you can click on the ≡ arrow next to the My Accounts link in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
5. On the My Accounts screen, click on the ≡ arrow next to your account name and then click on Login.
6. Type in your username and password and click on OK.
