DSGVO, or the Data Protection Regulation, is a new EU law that will take effect on May 25, 2018. It requires all organizations that process the personal data of EU citizens to establish and implement a data protection management system (DPMS). This portal provides you with step-by-step instructions on how to login and create a new account in your organization's DPMS.
How to login to the Dsgvo Portal
Dsgvo Portal is the central portal for DSA administrators. It provides a single point of access to all of the resources and tools that are available to DSA administrators.
To login to the Dsgvo Portal, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to https://dsgvo.dsa.gov/login.aspx
2. Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields, and click Login.
3. You will be taken to the main login screen, where you can log in using your username and password from your work or school account. Note that if you have multiple accounts with DSA, you will need to select which account you want to use when logging in.

How to add a company or organization
If you are a company or organization looking to add your information to the Dsgvo Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Dsgvo Portal. If you are not already logged in, click on the login link in the top right corner of the page.
2. On the left-hand side of the page, you will see a list of options. Click on Add Company or Organization.
3. Enter your company name and contact information. You can also add a logo and description if you wish. Click on Save Changes.
If you are an individual looking to add your information to the Dsgvo Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Dsgvo Portal. If you are not already logged in, click on the login link in the top right corner of the page.
2. On the left-hand side of the page, you will see a list of options. Click on My Profile (Individual).
3. On the My Profile (Individual) page, click on Edit Profile ( Individual ). You will be taken to the Edit Profile ( Individual ) page.

How to search for companies and organizations
If you are looking for a specific company or organization, you can use the Dsgvo Portal search bar to find what you are looking for.
1. Type in the name of the company or organization that you are searching for in the search bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on the blue “Search” button that appears next to the search bar.
3. In the results list, click on the company or organization that you want to view more information about.
4. On the next page, you will be able to view information about this company or organization, such as its address and phone number.
How to remove a company or organization from the portal
If you would like to remove a company or organization from the portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the portal and locate the company or organization that you wish to remove.
2. Click on the "Manage" tab and then click on the "Remove" button next to the company or organization.
3. A confirmation message will appear asking you to confirm your removal decision. Click on the "Confirm Removal" button to finalize your removal process.
