If you were a patient of Dr Veerabagu, you can view your medical records through the Patient Portal. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.drveerabagu.com and click on the Patient Portal link in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your name and email address in the login form and click on the “Log In” button.
3. You will be taken to a new page where you can view your medical records.
How to update your contact information
If you would like to update your contact information, please login to the Dr Veerabagu Patient Portal and follow these simple steps:
