How to create a treatment plan
If you are looking for a way to organize and track your medical treatment, the Neese Patient Portal is a great option. The portal allows patients to keep track of their appointments, prescriptions, and other medical information in one place. To create a treatment plan on the portal, follow these steps:
1. Sign in to the Neese Patient Portal.
2. Click on "My Plans."
3. In the "My Plans" page, click on "Add New Treatment Plan."
4. In the "Add New Treatment Plan" window, enter the following information:
a. Name: This is the name that will appear on your treatment plan.
b. Start Date: The date that your treatment plan begins.
c. End Date: The date that your treatment plan ends.
d. Status: Select one of the following options: Active, Completed, or Cancelled.
