Lepore Patient Portal is a new patient portal that was recently launched by Harvard Medical School. The portal is designed for doctors and patients to communicate and manage their care. In this article, we will show you how to login to the Lepore Patient Portal and start using it.
How to login to the Dr Lepore Patient Portal
To login to the Dr Lepore Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Login" link on the top right of any page on the Patient Portal. You will be taken to a login screen.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click "Log In." Your account will be activated.
3. If you have not already done so, please create an account by clicking the "Create an Account" link on the top left of any page on the Patient Portal. After you create your account, you will be able to access all of the features of the Patient Portal.
How to view your health history
The Lepore Patient Portal is a searchable online database of your health records. You can view information about your overall health, medications, surgical procedures and more. To login to the Lepore Patient Portal, go to: www.leporepatientportal.com and sign in using your patient ID number and password.
How to make an appointment

How to pay for services

How to request a copy of your medical records
If you are a Lepore patient and would like a copy of your medical records, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to the Lepore Patient Portal.
2. Click on "My Medical Records."
3. Click on "Request a Copy of Your Medical Records."
4. Fill out the form and click "Submit Request."
5. A representative from Lepore will contact you to confirm your request and answer any questions you may have.
How to report a problem
If you are experiencing a problem with the Dr. Lepore Patient Portal, please follow these instructions to report the issue.
1. Log in to your account at the Dr. Lepore Patient Portal. If you do not have an account, click on “Create an Account” on the left-hand side of the page and enter your information. You will need your login name and password to proceed.
2. If you are having difficulty logging in, please contact their customer service team at 1-877-488-8237 or [email protected] for assistance.
3. Once you have logged in, go to the “My Account” tab and click on the “Report A Problem” link at the bottom of the page. This will take you to a form where you can provide as much detail about your issue as possible. Please include your login name and password if possible so that we can track down the source of the problem.
