If you are a registered patient of Dr. David Huffman, you can access your medical records through their Patient Portal. The Patient Portal is a secure online system that allows you to view your medical history, prescription medications, and more. To access the Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Patient Portal by visiting www.drdavidhuffman.com/patient-portal/.
2. If you are not already logged in, enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click Login.
