How to login to the Dr Chatterjee Patient Portal
To login to the Dr Chatterjee Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to the website drchatterjee.com and enter your user name and password. (If you have not registered with the portal, you will be prompted to do so.)
2. Once you are logged in, navigate to the Patients tab on the left-hand side of the website.
3. Enter your patient's name in the Search field and click on the Find Patient button.
4. You will be taken to a list of all of your patient's records on the portal. (If your patient is not currently registered with the portal, you will be prompted to register them.)
5. Click on a record to view its details.
How to find your health records
