You may have noticed that Downtown Primary Care has a new patient portal. Weβre excited to offer this convenient service to their patients and their families as part of their commitment to provide world-class care. In this article, weβll show you how to login and access your information.
How to login to the Downtown Primary Care Patient Portal
If you are a patient of Downtown Primary Care, and have not already done so, please follow these instructions to login to their Patient Portal:
1. Log in to your MyDPC account. If you don't have a MyDPC account, create one now.
2. Click on the "Patients" tab on the left-hand side of the page.
3. Click on "Login" in the header above the Patients table.
4. Enter your MyDPC ID and password in the appropriate fields and click "Log In."
5. You will be automatically logged in to their Patient Portal if you have a MyDPC account, or you can click on the "Log In" link next to each patient record if you do not have a MyDPC account and need to create one first.
How to use the Patient Portal
The Downtown Primary Care Patient Portal is a new way for patients to access their health information and receive care from their doctor. To use the Patient Portal, patients will need to create an account and login. Here are instructions on how to do both:
1. Go to the Patient Portal website at www.downtownprimarycare.com.
2. Click on the "Login" link in the top right corner of the homepage.
3. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, and click "Sign In."
4. Click on the "My Account" tab on the homepage to view your account information and healthcare history.
5. To contact your doctor, click on the "My Account" tab and select "Doctor." You can then select a doctor from the list or search for one using the "Advanced Search" feature.
How to find your health record

To register with the Patient Portal:
1. Log in to their website at www.downtownprimarycare.com
2. Click on βPatient Portalβ on the left-hand menu bar
3. Click on βRegister New Patientβ and complete the form below
4. Click on βSubmitβ at the bottom of the page
5. If you have an email address, we will send you instructions on how to login using that address
6. If you do not have an email address, or if you have forgotten your password, please call their office at (509) 274-8181 and we will help you retrieve your account information or reset your password

If you are looking for a primary care doctor and don't have a specific doctor in mind, the Downtown Primary Care Patient Portal may be a good resource. The portal provides information on doctors, hours, and location. You can also make appointments online.
How to navigate the Patient Portal
When you first visit the Patient Portal, you will be asked to create an account. This account will allow you to track your visits and medications, access your health records, and more.
