What is District Flats?
District Flats is a website that offers residents of a particular district in Chicago the ability to access their account, view recent activity, and contact district officials. The website is also used by district officials to communicate with residents.
How to Login:
To login to District Flats, you will need your username and password. To retrieve your username and password, click on the "Forgot Your Username or Password?" link on the main page of District Flats. You will be prompted to enter your email address and password. Your email address will be used to reset your password if you forget it.
How to login to your District Flats Resident Portal
If you're new to District Flats, or just need to retrieve your resident portal login information, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your MyHousing account. If you don't have an account yet, create one now.
2. Click the My Housing link in the upper right corner of the website.
3. On the My Housing page, click the Your Account link in the upper left corner.
4. On the Your Account page, click the Residents tab.
5. Under Residents, click Login and then enter your MyHousing user name and password. You'll also need to provide your zip code or unit number. If you've never created a MyHousing account, you'll be prompted to create one now.
How to manage your account
If you have forgotten your login information, or just want to check your account status, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the portal by clicking on the "Login" button on the top right corner of the home page. If you have never logged in before, you will be prompted to create an account.
2. Enter your email address and password and click on the "Log In" button. You will now be able to access all of your account options.
3. Click on "My Account" at the top of the main page to view your current account information, such as your name, email address, and contact information. You can also see what projects you are participating in and how much progress you have made on them.
4. If you need to update any of your account information, such as your email address or contact information, click on the "Update Profile" button next to that information. You can also view or change your project details or settings.
How to find the services you need on District Flats
To find the services you need on District Flats, you can use the resident portal. The resident portal is a website where residents can manage their account and access their records. To login to the resident portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to http://www.districtflats.com/resident-portal/.
2. Enter yourID and password in the appropriate fields.
3. Click the Login button. You will be redirected to the home page of the resident portal.
