If you're having trouble logging into your Dignity Health email account, chances are you've entered the wrong login information at least once already. In this article, we'll show you how to login to your Dignity Health email account using the webmail login page.
How do I sign in to my Dignity Health account?
If you have not done so already, you will need to create an account with Dignity Health. To sign in to your account, visit their website and click the login link in the upper left-hand corner of the homepage. Enter your username and password and click login. You will then be taken to the main page of their website where you can access all of your account information.
I forgot my password, what can I do?
If you've forgotten your password, there are a few things you can do to try and retrieve it.
First, check the "Forgot your password?" link on the login screen. If your email address is registered with Dignity Health and you have entered your account password at some point in the past, then Dignity Health will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
If that doesn't work, you can try using the "Change Password" link on the login screen. This will take you to a new page where you can enter your current name, email address, and new password. Once you've completed this process, click the "Update Profile" button to finish.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Dignity Health Webmail account.
2. Click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page.
3. Under "Account Details," click on "Change Password."
4. Enter your current password and new password into the appropriate fields and click on the "Update" button.
I can't sign in to my account - is there a problem with my email address or username?
If you have forgotten your username or email address, please follow the instructions below to reset them.
If you still can't sign in, please email us at webmail@ DignityHealth.org and include your name, account number, and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.
What if I forget my phone number or don't have an email address?
If you don't have a phone number or email address, you can still login to your Dignity Health account through the webmail interface. You will need to know your user name and password. To login, go to www.dignityhealth.com and sign in using your user name and password. If you have forgotten your user name or password, please contact customer service at 866-380-3232.
Can I access my account from outside the U.S.?
Dignity Health provides email and online health record access to patients in the United States, but patients living outside of the U.S. may be interested in accessing their account. Patients can access their account by following these steps:
1. Log into Dignity Health's website.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab at the top of the page.
3. Enter your username and password to log in.
4. Once you are logged in, select the "Account Settings" link on the left side of the page.
5. Select the "Country/Region" drop-down menu and select your country from the list.
6. Select the "Login Method" drop-down menu and choose "Email Address."
7. Enter your email address into the "Email Address" field and click on the "Log In" button to complete the login process.
8. You should now see your account information in the "My Account" tab including your health record, appointment history, and other important information.

1. Launch your web browser and go to the Dignity Health website.
