Dexcom GLogin Instructions
If you are a Dexcom patient and want to use the Dexcom G app on your smartphone to view your glucose readings, you will need to sign in to the Dexcom G Login. Here are the instructions for signing in:
1. Open the Dexcom G app on your smartphone.
2. Tap on the gear icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
3. Tap on Settings.
4. Tap on Log In.
5. Enter your patient ID and password, and then tap Log In.
6. You will be prompted to enter your glucose data from an earlier reading session. If you have not already done so, tap on the Glucose History button to view past glucose readings.
How to login to DexCom G5
If you are an authorized DexCom G5 user and have registered your device with My Dexcom, you can login to the DexCom G5 App to access your data and settings. To login, follow these steps:
1. Open the DexCom G5 App on your mobile device.
2. Click the “Sign In” button in the upper left corner of the app.
3. Enter your registered email address and password.
4. Click the “Log In” button to confirm your registration.
5. If you have previously logged in to DexCom G5, your account information will be displayed onscreen. Otherwise, click the “Register a New Device” button to create a new account and begin setting up your DexCom G5.
How to reset your Dexcom G5
If you have lost your Dexcom G5 login information, there are several ways to reset your Dexcom G5. The easiest way is to contact Dexcom customer service. You can also reset your Dexcom G5 by following these steps:
1. Remove the battery from your Dexcom G5.
2. Enter "0000" as the password in the device's menu screen.
3. Press and hold down the "Menu/OK" button for at least 5 seconds until the device powers off.
4. Reinstall the battery and press "Menu/OK."
5. Enter your Dexcom G5 login information and press "OK."
