When you first log in to the Destination Maternity Employee Portal, you will be asked to create a user name and password. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the My Account section. In this section, you can access your account information, including your profile (including your name, contact information, and job title), your work history, and your pay history. You can also view and update your contact information, view and download your employment application, and print out copies of your employee Policies and Procedures.

If you’re an employee who needs to take maternity leave, you can print a leave slip to show your supervisor. You can also use the online leave slip tool to print out your leave slip. Here’s how to login and print a leave slip:
