Desert Orthopedic Center is excited to announce the launch of their patient portal. This new system provides patients with quick and easy access to their medical records, appointment information, and more. Patients can login to the patient portal using their Desert Orthopedic Center account information or by providing their unique patient identification number (PIN).

How to login to the Patient Portal
If you are a patient at Desert Orthopedic Center, you can login to their Patient Portal to manage your medical records, appointment history, and more. Here's how to do it:
To login to the Patient Portal, first click the "Login" link on the main page of their website. This will take you to their login page. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click "Login." You will then be taken to the Patient Portal main page. There, you can view your appointment history, register for newsletters and alerts, and more!
How to view your account
If you have not already done so, please visit their Patient Portal and create an account. Once you have logged in, you can view your account information by clicking on the “My Account” link on the top right corner of the page. Here you can find important information about your account such as your login name and password, as well as your patient profile. You can also manage your account settings, including adding or editing your contact information or canceling your subscription.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, please click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen (upper right corner of main page). You will be prompted to enter your email address and create a new password. After you create a new password, you will be able to login using that password.
How to view your medical history
Desert Orthopedic Center Patient Portal is a secure online system that allows you to view your medical history, including x-rays and lab results.
To log in, go to https://www.desertortho.com/patients/ and enter your username and password. You will then be able to view all of your medical records.
How to make a payment
If you are having trouble logging into the Patient Portal, or if you need to make a payment, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Patient Portal home page and click on the "Login" button in the top right corner.
2. Enter your username and password. If you have not registered for the Patient Portal yet, you will be prompted to do so before proceeding.
3. On the left side of the screen, under "Account Overview," click on "Payment Methods."
4. Select the method of payment that you would like to use and complete the information requested.
5. Click on "Submit." You will now be redirected to a confirmation page where you will be able to view your payment information.
How to speak to a representative
If you have any questions or need assistance with your account, please feel free to reach out to one of their representatives via their patient portal. Our representatives are available 24/7 and can help you with anything from setting up your account to finding the information you need. Here is how to speak to a representative:
1. Log into the patient portal and click on the "Contact us" tab at the top of the page.
2. Enter your contact information in the "Your message" box and hit "Send message."
3. A representative will be able to help you with anything from setting up your account to finding the information you need.
How to file a complaint

To file a complaint, please visit the Patient Portal and click on the link to "File a Complaint." You will be directed to a form where you can provide detailed information about your complaint.
