If you are a Deschutes Rheumatology patient and need to login to the Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1. Visit deschutesrheumatology.org/patients/ and click on the "Patient Portal" link in the upper left-hand corner of the homepage.
2. In the window that opens, enter your email address in the "Email Address" field and click on "Log In."
3. Enter your password in the "Password" field and click on "Log In."
4. On the main page of the Patient Portal, under "My Profile," you will see a list of all your medical records. Click on any record to view more detailed information about that particular record.
How to log in to Deschutes Rheumatology Patient Portal
If you are not a registered user of the Patient Portal, please visit their Registration page to create an account. After registering, you will be able to log in using your email address and password.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link at the top of the login screen and enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields. A reset code will be emailed to you. Once you have logged in, click on the "My Profile" link at the top of the Login Screen to access your profile information.
My Profile
First and foremost, if you are not a registered patient of their clinic, please visit their Patient Portal to sign up. Once you have registered and logged in, please follow these simple steps to create a profile.
First, select which clinic you would like your profile to represent. If you are an out-patient, your profile will show information from their outpatient clinic. If you are a patient visiting their inpatient clinic, your profile will show information from both the outpatient and inpatient clinics.
Then, enter your name and contact information. You can also add any additional information that may be important to you such as allergies or medical conditions. Finally, add a photo and choose a forum in which you would like to participate. We hope that using this portal will make your visits more enjoyable and informative!
Orders
If you have any questions about your medical records or need to make a change, please login to their patient portal and navigate to the Orders tab. From here, you can view or update your orders and check the status of your medications. You can also request copies of your medical records or speak with a doctor using their live chat feature.
Appointments
If you are a Deschutes Rheumatology patient, please use their Patient Portal to make appointments. The Patient Portal is a secure website that enables patients to book appointments, view their medical records, and more. To login, follow these steps:
1) Log in using your healthcare provider ID and password.
2) Click on "Appointments" on the left-hand side of the page.
3) Select the appointment date and time that works for you.
To view your medical records, click on "My Health Record."
Billing and Payment
If you are a new patient and have not received your patient portal account information, please follow these instructions.
1. Click the link in the email that you received when you registered for your account.
2. Enter the username and password that you used to create your account.
3. Click Sign In.
4. If you are not already logged in, click the Log In button and enter your username and password. If you are a doctor or nurse practitioner, click the My Profile tab and enter your credentials.
5. On the left side of the page, under My Account, click Billing and Payment.
6. On the right side of the page, under My Billing History, select a date to view your recent payments. You can also view your balance and edit your payment information online.

Messages
To login to the Deschutes Rheumatology Patient Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the link "Patient Portal Login" that is located on the top right hand corner of their website.
2. Enter your patient portal user name and password in the appropriate fields and click "OK".
3. You will be taken to the main Patient Portal page. There you will be able to view your recent activity, schedule appointments, and send messages to other patients and providers.
