2. In the top right corner, click on the "Login" button
3. Enter your username and password (both of which are case-sensitive)

How to login to De La Salle Portal
If you are a current De La Salle student, your username and password are the same as your Net ID. If you are not a current De La Salle student, or if you have forgotten your username and password, please follow the steps below to have them sent to the email address associated with your account.
To login to the Portal:
1.Click on the "Login" button in the top right corner of the screen.
2.Type in your Username (this is the same as your Net ID) and Password (this is also the same as your Net ID). Please remember to use all lowercase letters and numbers!
3.Click on "Log In". If you are successful, you will be directed to the homepage of the Portal.
How to update your personal information
If you have ever had to update your personal information on De La Salle Portal, then you know that it can be a bit of a hassle. Thankfully, there are a few easy steps that you can take to make the process as painless as possible.
First and foremost, make sure that you have the latest version of the portal software installed on your computer. If you don't have the latest version, then you will need to download and install it from the De La Salle Portal website. Once you have the software installed and updated, follow these simple steps to update your personal information:
1. Open the De La Salle Portal software.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top menu bar.
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields.
4. Click on "Personal Info" in the left sidebar menu bar.
5. Click on "Update Personal Info". This will take you to a new window where you can enter your updated personal information.
6. Click on "Submit". Your updates will be processed and your account will be updated accordingly!
How to cancel your account
If you want to cancel your account with De La Salle Portal, follow these steps:
Log in to your account at delasaleportal.org. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on "My Account." On the My Account screen, select "Cancel My Account" from the drop-down menu. You will be asked to confirm your decision. Click on "Cancel My Account" to complete the process.
How to request a password change
If you forget your De La Salle Portal login credentials, you can request a password change through the My Account page. To do so, follow these steps:
1. Go to the My Account page and click on the Request Password Change link in the upper right corner.
2. Fill out the requested information and click on the Submit button.
Once your password has been changed, you will need to reset it to login again. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your De La Salle Portal account and go to the My Account page.
2. Click on the Reset Password link in the upper right corner.
3. Enter your new password and click on the Reset Password button.
How to submit a complaint
If you have any complaints about De La Salle Portal, you can submit a complaint online. To do this, go to the "My Account" page and click on the "Complaint" link. You will need to provide your name, email address, school ID number, and the nature of your complaint. Once you've completed the form, click on the "Submit" button to send it to their team.
How to access your grades and transcripts
If you are a De La Salle Portal user, your account information is located in the “My Account” tab. You can access your grades and transcripts by clicking on the “Grades & Transcripts” link in the menu on the left side of the My Account page.
To access your grades and transcripts, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your De La Salle Portal account.
2. Click on the “Grades & Transcripts” link in the menu on the left side of the My Account page.
3. Enter your login credentials and click on “Login.”
4. Your grades and transcripts will be displayed in a new window.
How to change your email address or phone number
We are extremely sorry to inform you that the De La Salle Portal will be unavailable from August 17, 2016 to August 21, 2016 for system maintenance.
To change your email address or phone number, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to the De La Salle Portal using your username and password.
2. Go to “My Account” on the top right corner of the screen.
3. Click on “Change Your Email Address or Phone Number”.
4. Enter your new email address or phone number and click “Update Profile”.
5. Congratulations! You have successfully updated your profile information. Please note that you will need to refresh your page in order to see the changes. Thank you for using the De La Salle Portal!
