1. First, you will need to create an account at their website. This is free and easy to do.
2. Once you have created your account, you will need to enter your email address and password in the corresponding fields on their website. You will not be required to provide your phone number or date of birth.

What is the Dayton Gastro Patient Portal?
Dayton Gastro Patient Portal is a website that allows patients to interact with their doctors and nurses online. The website has a section for patients to login and manage their health records.
The website was launched in September 2014 and is available to all Dayton patients. Patients can use the website to access information about their health, find doctors and nurses, and request appointments. The website is free to use.
Patients can login to the website using their patient ID number or password. To create a new account, patients need to provide their name, date of birth, and email address.

How to login to the Dayton Gastro Patient Portal
To login to the Dayton Gastro Patient Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the “Login” button located at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Enter your username and password and click on the “Log In” button.
3. You will now be directed to the main dashboard of the portal. On this dashboard, you can access different sections of the portal, such as MyChart, Orders, Journals, etc.
How to find your health information on the Dayton Gastro Patient Portal
If you are a patient at Dayton Gastroenterology, we would like to help you stay connected with your health information. Our Patient Portal allows you to access your health information from anywhere, anytime. You can also use the Patient Portal to communicate with your doctor, track your health progress, and find community resources. If you don’t have an account yet, follow these steps to create one:
To create an account on the Patient Portal, first go to their website at www.daytongastro.com and click on the “Patients” tab. On the Patients tab, click on “Sign In” in the top right corner of the page. This will take you to the sign-in page. Type in your email address and password (or create a new password if you haven’t already). After you have logged in, click on “My Profile” in the top left corner of the page. This will take you to your profile page. On your profile page, under “Health Information,” you will see a list of all of your health records. How to share your health information with your doctor on the Dayton Gastro Patient Portal
If you are a registered patient at Lancaster General Health System and you have an account with their Patient Portal, you can easily share your health information with your doctor by logging into the portal. If you are not a registered patient, or if you do not have an account on the Patient Portal, please follow these instructions to share your health information with your doctor using another method.
Please note that every patient’s health information is confidential and should only be shared with their doctor in accordance with their healthcare provider’s guidelines.

1. Go to www.daytongastro.org and enter your username and password in the appropriate fields on the homepage. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the "Forgot Username/Password" link at the top of the homepage and enter your email address in the "Your Email Address" field. The system will send you a temporary password email which you will need to copy and paste into the "Username" field on the homepage when logging in. Please make sure that you save this password for future reference.
2. Once you have logged in, click on the "My Profile" link on the left-hand side of the homepage. This will take you to the My Profile page where you can view your account details, including your login name, email address, first and last name, phone number, and appointment history
