If you are a resident of Dakota Ranch or have family members who are residents, you may want to know how to login to the Dakota Ranch Resident Portal. This portal is an online system that connects residents with one another and with the ranch staff. In order to login, you will need your user name and password. How to Login
If you have not already done so, please create an account on the Dakota Ranch Resident Portal. To login, please follow these steps:
1) Click the "Login" link on the top right corner of the home page.
2) Enter your username and password.
3) Once you have successfully logged in, you will see the "Home" page. From here, you can explore the other pages of the portal.
How to Add or Update Your Profile
If you haven't already, please login to the Dakota Ranch Resident Portal. Once you have logged in, follow these simple steps to add or update your profile:
1. Click on "My Profile" in the main navigation bar.
2. On the My Profile page, click on "Personal Details."
3. Complete the fields on this page, and click on "Save Changes."

How to Add a Photo
Adding a photo to your Dakota Ranch Resident Portal account is easy! Just follow these simple steps:
1. Log into your account and click on the 'Photos' tab at the top of the page.
2. Click on the 'Add Photo' button in the toolbar and select the photos you want to add to your account.
3. Click on the 'Submit' button to add your photos to your account.
How to Change Your Password
If you forgot your password, or if you want to change it, follow these steps:
1. Click the Login link in the Dakota Ranch News & Events section of the website.
2. Enter your username and password if you have them. If not, click the Create Account link to create a new account.
3. Click Change Password in the login form that appears.
4. Type a new password in the New Password field and confirm it in the Confirm New Password field.
5. Click Submit Changes to log out and log back in to see the new password in effect.
How to View Your Messages
In order to view your messages, you will need to login to your Dakota Ranch Resident Portal. To login, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "My Portal" tab located at the top of the home page.
2. Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Login" button.
3. You will now be able to view all of your messages from the Dakota Ranch Residents Portal.
How to Make a Payment
If you are a resident of Dakota Ranch and have an account with them, you can make a payment using their online portal. To login and make a payment, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Dakota Ranch website and sign in.
2. In the main menu, click on "My Account."
3. On the "My Account" page, under "Payment Methods," click on the "Make a Payment" link.
4. On the "Make a Payment" page, you will need to provide your address, contact information (name, phone number, email address), and payment amount. You can also choose to pay using a credit card or PayPal account. Once you have completed these details, click on the "Submit" button.
5. Your payment will be processed and you will receive an email notification confirming your payment has been processed and is now active.

If you have forgotten your password, please click the “Forgot your Password” link located on the “My Profile” page of the resident portal. This will take you to a page where you can enter your name and email address.
