If you are a CWA student and need to login to the Cwa Student Portal, here is a step-by-step guide on how to do so:
1. Go to www.cwa.edu.au and sign in using your CWA username and password.
2. Click on 'My Account' in the top right corner of the screen.
3. On the 'My Account' page, click on 'Login'.
4. Enter your CWA username and password and click on 'Log In'.

How to Change Your Password
If you forget your Cwa password, follow these instructions to change it:
1. Log in to your Cwa account.
2. Click the My Account link in the top left corner of the page.
3. On the My Account page, click Change Password in the top right corner.
4. Enter your current password and new password in the appropriate fields and click Change Password.
5. Click OK to save your changes and return to the My Account page.
How to Request a Password Reset
If you need to reset your password, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to the Cwa Student Portal.
2. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link in the top right corner of the page.
3. Enter your email address in the "Email Address" field and click on the "Create New Password" button.
4. You will be prompted to create a new password. Make sure that you remember this new password as you will need it to log back in to the portal should you need to reset your password again in the future.
5. Once you have created your new password, click on the "Log In" button below and enter your new password in the "New Password" field.
How to Report a Password Issue
If you have forgotten your password, or if you think someone has stolen your login information, you can report the issue through Cwa's Student Portal.
To report a password issue:
1. Navigate to http://www.cwa.edu/student-portal and sign in.
2. On the left-hand side of the screen, under "My Account," click "Password Issues."
3. Under "Report a Password Issue," fill out the following information:
-Your full name (first and last)
-Your CWA ID number
-The date and time that you encountered the problem
-A brief explanation of what happened
4. Click "Submit Report." Your report will be emailed to [email protected], and will be added to their password issue database.
How to Cancel Your Account
If you need to cancel your Cwa account, there are a few ways to do so.
First, you can go to cwa.com and click on the “Cancel My Account” link at the top of the page. This will take you to a page where you can enter your login information and confirm your cancellation.
If you have not yet set up an email address for your Cwa account, you can also use the “Cancel My Account” link to create a new email address and then enter that address on the confirmation page.
If you have already set up an email address for your Cwa account, but would like to delete it, you can go to cwa.com and click on the “Manage My Accounts” link in the upper right corner of the homepage. From this page, you can select your account name and then click on the “Delete My Account” button next to it.
How to Access Your Cwa Student Portal Accounts
If you have forgotten your Cwa student portal login information, or if you would just like to check the status of your accounts, follow these simple steps:
Step One: Access the Cwa home page by clicking on the "Home" link located at the top of every page.
Step Two: On the "My Account" tab, click on the "Login" button.
Step Three: Enter your student portal username and password in the appropriate fields and then click on the "Log In" button.
