How to login to the patient portal
If you have never logged in to the patient portal before, please follow these instructions.
1. Go to the Cullman Regional Medical Center website and sign in.
2. On the left hand side of the screen, under "My Hospital," click on "Patient Portal."
3. You will now be on the Patient Portal page. In the top right corner of this page, you will see a blue button that says "Login." Click on this button.
4. You will now be taken to a new page where you will need to enter your user name and password. Make sure you remember your user name and password because you will need them to log in to the patient portal often. How to use the patient portal
The Cullman Regional Medical Center Patient Portal is a centralized system that allows patients to access their medical records, schedule appointments, and communicate with their healthcare providers. The patient portal is also used for communication with the hospital's marketing department.
To login to the patient portal, please follow these steps:
1) Log into your My Cullman account on the website. If you have not registered for My Cullman yet, please visit their website and register for an account. You will need to create a user name and password when you register. Please remember to keep your user name and password confidential.

How to find your medical record
If you were a patient at Cullman Regional Medical Center between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2016, you can visit their Patient Portal to view your medical record. To login, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Patient Portal" logo in the top left corner of the page.
2. Enter your Registration Number (found on your hospital admission form) in the “Registration Number” field.
3. In the “First Name” field, enter your first name as it appears on your hospital admission form.
4. In the “Last Name” field, enter your last name as it appears on your hospital admission form.
5. Click the “Login” button to start viewing your medical record.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgotten Password" link on the login page. You will be asked to enter your email address and your new password. Once you have reset your password, you will be able to log in again without having to re-enter your email address.
How to report a problem with the patient portal
If you have trouble logging in to the patient portal, follow these steps:
1. Make sure that you are using the correct login credentials.
2. If you are having difficulty accessing the patient portal from a mobile device, try using a different browser or clearing your cache on your device.
