How to login to the Culinary Institute Student Portal
To access the Culinary Institute Student Portal, students must first login. To login, students must first create a new account or log in to an existing account. After logging in, students will be able to access their MyCI account, view their grades, and more.
How to find your student portal account number
Your Culinary Institute student portal account number is located at the top right corner of your login page. You can also find it by clicking on "Account" in the main menu and then "My Portal Account."
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to change it:
1. Log into the Culinary Institute Student Portal.
2. Click on the My Account link in the top right corner of the screen.
3. In the My Account section, click on the Change Password link.
4. Enter your current password and new password in the appropriate fields, and click on the Change Password button.
5. Congratulations! You have now changed your password.
How to troubleshoot common student portal issues
If you are having trouble logging in to the Culinary Institute student portal, here are some tips to help you troubleshoot the issue:
1. Try using a different browser or computer. If you are using a personal computer, try using a different browser (like Chrome or Firefox) or using a different computer. If you are using a school-issued computer, try using a different browser or computer on campus.
2. Make sure that your web browser is up-to-date. To check if your web browser is up-to-date, click on the “Help” menu (usually found in the top right corner of your screen), and select “About Browsers.” If the version number is at least 10, your browser is up-to-date. If the version number is below 10, you may need to update it.
3. Check your internet connection and password. Make sure that you have an active internet connection and that your password is correct. You can also try resetting your password if you have forgotten it.
4. Make sure that you have signed in to all of your social media sites before trying to log in
How to cancel your account
If you decide that you no longer want to be a part of the Culinary Institute of America community, there are several ways to cancel your account.
You can cancel your account in person at the Visitor Services Desk on the main campus in Hyde Park, NY or online.
To cancel your account online: Log in to your Culinary Institute of America student portal. Click on My Account and then click on Cancellation Policy. In the text box labeled “Cancellation Reason,” type “Unwillingness to continue with CICA services” and click Submit. Your cancellation will take effect within 10 days.
