CTU is proud to introduce its new member portal, which makes it easier than ever for you to sign up for classes, connect with other students, and stay up-to-date on campus news and events. In this How To guide, we'll show you how to login to your account and start using the member portal right away.
How to login to the Ctu Member Portal
The Ctu Member Portal is a great resource for teachers and parents who want to stay up-to-date on all the latest news, events and resources related to teaching children with disabilities. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to ctu.org/memberportal and click on the “Login” link in the top right corner of the page.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click “Log In.”
3. You will then be taken to the main menu of the portal where you can access all the features of the site.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you need to change it for any reason, you can do so through the Ctu Member Portal.
To log in to the Member Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Ctu Member Portal at ctu.org.uk/member-portal.
2. Click on ‘Log In’ in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
3. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on ‘Log In’. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you will need to enter your two-factor authentication code as well.
4. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the main screen of the Member Portal where you can view your account information, including your current password and username. You can also change your password if you need to do so.
How to update your contact information
If you have recently changed your contact information, or if you just want to check to see if your information is up-to-date, follow these steps:
1. Log into the Ctu Member Portal.
2. Click on "My Profile" in the top navigation bar.
3. In the "Profile Information" section, click on the "Contact Info" tab.
4. If you have recently changed your contact information, enter your new information into the fields provided and click on the "Update Profile" button. If you just want to check to see if your information is up-to-date, simply enter your current contact information into the fields provided and click on the "Check Status" button. You will be notified if there are any errors with your information.
How to unsubscribe from their emails
If you no longer wish to receive their emails, you can unsubscribe by following the instructions in the email you received. If you have trouble unsubscribing, please contact them at [email protected]
How to report a problem with the Ctu Member Portal
If you are having trouble logging in to the Ctu Member Portal, please follow these steps to report your issue.
1. Open the Ctu Member Portal and click on the "Login" tab at the top of the page.
2. In the "Login" form, enter your username and password.
3. If you are having difficulty logging in, please provide as much information as possible about your problem: what browser and version you are using, what website you were trying to access when the issue occurred, and whether or not you have tried different passwords.
