How to login to the Csu Global Portal
If you are a current Csu student, faculty, or staff member, you can log in to the Csu Global Portal here. If you are not currently a Csu student, faculty, or staff member, you can become a member and access the portal here.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, please follow these instructions to change it:
-Click the "My Account" link on the home page of the Csu Global Portal.
-Click on "Password and Profile" in the left side menu.
-Enter your login name (First and Last initial), email address, and password in the appropriate fields.
-Click on "Update Profile" to update your profile with new information.
How to report a problem
If you experience a problem accessing the Csu Global Portal, please follow these steps:
1.Log in to the Csu Global Portal using your NetID and password. If you have forgotten your NetID or password, please contact the Csu Help Desk at (708) 261-HELP (4357).
2.Click on "My Csu Account" in the top right corner of the screen. If you have forgotten your MyCsu Account ID or Password, please contact the Csu Help Desk at (708) 261-HELP (4357).
3.Click on "Report a Problem." You will be taken to a form where you can specify the problem that you are experiencing with the portal. Please include as much information as possible in your report so that we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
