Welcome to the Crompton House Parent Portal! This website is designed to provide parents and guardians with easy access to important information and resources about their school. To access the Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
First, you will need to create a login account. To do this, click on the "Login" button on the top right-hand side of the home page. After logging in, you will be able to access all of the features of the Parent Portal. You will need your school ID number and the last four digits of your social insurance number (SIN) to create a login account. If you have not received your school ID number yet, please contact their office.
After you have logged in, you will see the "Parent Portal" tab on the main page. Click on this tab to access all of the features of the Parent Portal. The following sections provide detailed instructions about how to use various features of the Parent Portal.

How to login to Crompton House Parent Portal
To login to Crompton House Parent Portal, follow these simple steps:
1) Click on the "Login" link in the top right corner of the homepage.
2) Enter your Username and Password and click on "Log In".
3) You will now be able to access all of the resources available on their Parent Portal.
How to update your contact information
Crompton House Parent Portal users can update their contact information by clicking on “My Account” on the homepage and then clicking on “Update Contact Info.” Parents will need to enter their email address, first name, last name, and parent password. Once the information is updated, parents will be redirected to a confirmation page. If there are any changes or updates to a parent’s contact information after logging in, they will need to complete the process again.
How to manage your account
If you have an account with Crompton House, you can login to your account to manage your account settings and activities. To login, follow these steps:
1. Click the “Login” button on the top left-hand corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click “Submit”.
3. You will now be logged in to your account. If you have multiple accounts with Crompton House, you will see a list of all of your accounts displayed in the “My Accounts” section.
How to unsubscribe from email notifications
If you would like to unsubscribe from email notifications, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal and go to the "Notifications" page.
2. On the "Notifications" page, select the email notification you would like to unsubscribe from and click the "Unsubscribe" button.
How to report a problem with the website
If you have a problem with the website, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the website.
2. Click on the "Contact Us" tab on the left-hand side of the page.
3. Complete the "Form Report Problem" form and click submit.
4. A member of their team will contact you to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Login to My Account:
If you have not already done so, please create a My Account to access all of the features of Crompton House. Once you have created your account, you can login using the following link:

My child’s account
If you are a parent of a student at Crompton House, you can use their Parent Portal to login and manage your child’s account. To login, click the Parent Portal link on the home page of their website and follow the instructions. You will need your student ID number and email address to access your child’s account. If you have forgotten your student ID number or email address, please contact them at [email protected].
My profile
To access your profile, click on the "Log In" button in the top right hand corner of this page. If you have forgotten your password, please enter your email address in the "Forgot Password" box and click the "Reset Password" button.
Once you have logged in, you will be taken to your Parent Portal home page. On this page you can view all of the information that is currently stored about you on their systems, including your name and contact details, as well as any comments that have been left about you by other parents. You can also create or update your personal information, or add new children who are registered with them.

Login to the Parent Portal. Click on the "accounts" tab. Click on the "Add a New Account" link. Enter your child's name and school in the fields provided.Click on the "Save Changes" button.
My paid services
If you're looking for paid services, their Parent Portal provides a convenient way to pay for them. To login, go to www.cromptonhouse.com/parentportal and enter your school ID number and password. Once you're logged in, you'll see the list of paid services available to you. You can choose which ones you want to purchase, and then click on the "Buy" button to complete the transaction.
