How to login to Cput Student Portal
If you are a current Cput student and have your Username and Password, you can login to the Portal using the following steps:
1. Log in to your Cput Student Portal account (https://portal.cput.edu) by entering your Username and password.
2. Click on My Account in the top navigation bar.
3. From the My Account page, click on Login.
4. Enter your Username and password and click on Log In.
5. You will now be redirected to the Login page for Cput Student Portal courses (https://portal.cput.edu/courses). On this page, select the course you would like to log into and click on Login.
6. You will be taken to the course login screen, where you will need to enter your Username and password for that course.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to change it:
1. Log in to the Cput portal.
2. Click on “My Account” in the navigation bar.
3. Under “Personal Info”, click on “Password”.
4. Enter your current password and new password (at least 8 characters long). Click “Change Password”.
5. If you have Two-Factor Authentication enabled, enter the code from your security key and click “Update Password”.
How to update your contact information
If you have changed your email address or phone number since you last logged in to the Cput Portal, now is the time to update your information. You can do this by clicking on the "My Account" tab and then clicking on the "Contact Info" link. You will be prompted to enter your new email address and phone number. Once you have updated your information, please click on the "Update Profile" button to finish.
How to unsubscribe from Cput E-mail Alerts
If you no longer wish to receive email alerts from Cput, you can unsubscribe by following these instructions:
1. Log in to your Cput account.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab located at the top of the page.
3. On the "My Account" page, click on the "Notifications" link next to your name.
4. Scroll down and click on the "Unsubscribe" link next to Cput Email Alerts.
How to report a problem with Cput Student Portal
