How to block other users from accessing your account
If you need to block other users from accessing your account on the CPE Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account on the CPE Portal.
2. Click on the "Manage My Accounts" button on the left-hand side of the page.
3. Select the account you wish to block, and click on the "Block Users" button.
4. Enter each user's username and password into the appropriate fields, and click on the "Block User" button.
5. You will now be returned to the "Manage My Accounts" screen, where you can unblock any blocked users if required.
