How to login to the Coou Student Portal
To login to the Coou Student Portal, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Click the “Login” button on the top right corner of the portal homepage.
Step 2: Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields.
Step 3: Click the “Log In” button to log in to your account.
How to add or change your information
If you have forgotten your Coou login name or password, follow these steps to add them:
1. Click the "Login" link in the top left corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your email address in the "Email" field and click "Sign In".
3. Click on the "My Accounts" button to view all of your account information.
4. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link next to your username to create a new password.
5. Enter the new password in the "New Password" field and click "Save Password".
6. Click on the "Login" link again to finish adding your account information.
How to update your contact information
If you have changed your email address or phone number, you will need to update your contact information on the Coou Student Portal. To do this, follow these instructions:
1. Log in to the Coou Student Portal.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Under "My Profile," click on "Contact Info."
4. On the next page, click on the link that says "Update Contact Info."
5. Enter your new email address and phone number in the appropriate fields, and click "Update Contact Info."
How to unsubscribe from notifications
If you want to unsubscribe from notifications, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Coou Student Portal homepage and click on the "Notifications" link in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
2. On the "Notifications" page, under "My Preferences," select the "Unsubscribe From Notifications" checkbox.
3. Click on the "Submit" button to confirm your unsubscription.
How to report a problem
If you are having difficulty logging in to the Coou Student Portal, please follow these simple steps:
1. Make sure that you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer or Firefox. If your browser is not up-to-date, you may experience problems logging in.
2. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
