How to login to your Portal Web account?
If you are not yet registered with Portal Web, we highly recommend that you do so now. Once you have registered, simply follow these simple steps to login:
1. Go to the main Portal Web homepage and click on the Login link in the top left corner.
2. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click on the Login button.
3. You will be redirected to a page where you can confirm your login details. Click on the OK button to proceed.
Once you have logged in, you will be taken to your personal home page where you can access all of your account's features.
What information will be displayed when you login?
When you login to a portal web, your user name and password will be displayed. If you have forgotten your user name or password, you can reset them by clicking the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page.
How to change your Password?
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:
1. Log in to the Portal.
2. Click on the My Account link in the top right corner of the page.
3. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, and click on the Log In button.
4. On the Login Page, click on the Change Password link in the top left corner.
5. Enter your current password in the New Password field and confirm it in the Confirm New Password field. If you are prompted to create a new password, enter a new password for your account in the Create New Password field and click on the Submit button.
6. Your new password will be sent to your email address. You can now log out of your account by clicking on the Log Out link at the bottom of the Login Page.
How to deactivate your Portal Web account?
If you have forgotten your Portal Web password, or if you need to deactivate your account for any reason, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Portal Web account.
2. Click the "Account" link in the top right corner of the screen.
3. In the "Account Details" section, click the "Deactivate Account" button.
4. Follow the prompts to complete the deactivation process.
