On the Add New Item form, you will need to provide some information about your new content item. First, you will need to provide a title for your content item. Next, you will need to provide a brief description of your content item. Finally, you will need to provide some key points about your content item.
After providing your information on the Add New Item form, click on the "Submit" button to submit your new content item. Your new content item will now be visible on the Content Portal page.

How to remove content from a Content Portal?
If you have content that you no longer want on your Content Portal, there are a few ways to remove it.
One way is to go to the Settings page and select the Remove link next to the content you want to remove.
Alternatively, you can use the tools provided on the Content Portal.
The first step is to find the content you want to remove.
To do this, open the article or video you want to delete and click on the down arrow next to the title.
This will open a list of all of the articles and videos in that particular section of your Content Portal.
Next, click on the one you want to delete.
This will take you to the article or video’s settings page.
On this page, you will see a Remove link next to the content you want removed.
Click on this link and it will remove that content from your Content Portal.
