If you have children in the Connections Academy, welcome! We hope that you enjoy using their Parent Portal. In this article we will show you how to login to your account and access important information about your child's progress and school performance.
How to login to the Connections Academy Parent Portal
If you are a parent or guardian of a student currently attending Connections Academy, we want to make sure you have the most current information about accessing your child's online academic records.
To login to the Parent Portal, sign in using your school username and password. If you do not have a school username or password, please contact your school administrator.
Once you are logged in, you will be able to view your child's online information and grades. You can also manage your child's online account, including changing passwords and adding new e-mail addresses for notifications.
How to change your password
If you forget your password, follow these steps to reset it:
1. From the home screen, select "Settings"
2. Select "Login and Accounts"
3. Select your child's name (or username if they have one)
4. Click on "Forgot Password?"
5. Enter your email address and click on "Reset Password"
6. Enter your new password and confirm it
7. Click on "Logout" at the top of the page to return to the home screen
How to unsubscribe from notifications
If you no longer wish to receive notifications from Connections Academy, you can unsubscribe by following these steps:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal.
2. Click on the Notifications tab.
3. Unsubscribe from all notifications by checking the box next to each notification you would like to unsubscribe from and clicking on the Save Changes button.
