6. On the bottom of the page, there will be a button that says "Save as PDF." Click on it and save your care plan as a PDF file.

If you are like most people, you want to be able to share your care plan with a family member or friend. You may think that this is easy to do, but you may be wrong. In this blog post, we will show you how to share your care plan with a family member or friend using the Complete Care Patient Portal.
Before you can share your care plan with a family member or friend, you first need to login to the Complete Care Patient Portal.
