Create an Account
To create an account on the Complaint Portal, you first need to create a profile. Once you have created your profile, you can login to the Complaint Portal.

2. Type in your user name and password and click on "Log In."
3. You will be taken to the main Complaint Portal screen. If you have already logged in to the Complaint Portal, you will be directed to your profile page.
Add a Complaint
Complaint Portal is a new way to report problems with your city services.You can use the Complaint Portal to make a complaint about a service you received, or about a problem with the city's system.To use the Complaint Portal, you need to first create an account. Once you have an account, you can login and start making your complaint.The Complaint Portal is available online and at many of the city's offices. You can also call 311 to make a complaint.
To create an account:

Make a Decision

If you have a complaint about a product or service, you can login to the Complaint Portal to submit your complaint.
To login to the Complaint Portal, follow these steps:

Default Settings
If you have not already done so, please visit their website to sign up for a free account. Once you have logged in, please click on the "Settings" link in the header of the page. In the Settings page, under "Blog Section", find the "Default Settings" section and click on it.
In the Default Settings section, you will see a list of links entitled "Settings for Blog Posts". The first link is for your blog's homepage. The next three links are for your blog's posts. You can change any of these settings by clicking on the link and adjusting the setting accordingly. Please note that some of these settings are specific to WordPress and may require you to be familiar with WordPress customizations in order to modify them. Login to Complaint Portal using your Web browser.:
1. Open your browser and navigate to the Complaint Portal home page.
2. In the upper-left corner of the Complaint Portal home page, click on "Login."
3. Enter your username and password into the fields that appear and click on "Login."
4. A confirmation message will appear. Click on "Log In" to proceed.
5. You will be prompted to enter your server address and port number. This information can be found in your Web browser's settings menu (usually under "Appearance"). Please note: If you are connecting from a work or school network, you may need to supply additional authentication credentials (such as a user name and password) in order to access Complaint Portal from within those networks. If you are connecting via a public connection such as the Internet, you do not need to provide any additional authentication credentials.
6. Once you have entered your server address and port number, click on "OK." The Complaint Portal home page will reload with your logged-in status displayed in the upper-right corner of the page.
