How to Log In
To login to the Community Provider Portal, click the Login link on the main navigation bar. Enter your user name and password and click OK. You will be taken to the main screen of the portal.

How to Add a New Service
If you are new to the Community Provider Portal, please login here. Once logged in, click on the "Add a New Service" link at the top of the page.
In the "Add a New Service" form, enter the information for your new service. The following fields are required: Name, Description, Type (Provider or Consumer), and Location. You can also choose to add a photo and a video. Click on the "Submit" button once you have completed the form.
If you are an existing provider on the Community Provider Portal, please login here. Once logged in, click on the "Services" tab at the top of the page. Then locate your new service in the "Services" list and click on it to access its details.

How to Delete a Service
To delete a service from the Community Provider Portal:
1. In the navigation bar, click on "Services."
2. On the "Services" page, find the service you want to delete and click on it.
3. On the "Details" page, click on the "Delete this service" button.
