To log in:
1) Open the Commons website (www.windsorgardens.org).
2) Click on "Login" in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
3) Enter your resident account number and password into the appropriate fields, and click on "Log In."
4) You will be prompted to confirm your login. Click on "Confirm Login."
5) You are now logged in to the Commons!
How to use the Resident Portal
If you are a Windsor Gardens resident and have not already done so, please login to the Resident Portal. Once logged in, you will be able to access many of the resources and services available to Windsor Gardens residents. Below are instructions on how to login and use the Resident Portal.
To login to the Resident Portal:
1. Click on " Login " in the main menu.
2. Enter your Username (first and last name) and Password (case-sensitive).
3. Click " Log In ".
4. You will now be directed to the " My Profile " page.
5. Click on " Change Password ".
6. Enter your new Password and confirm it by clicking on " OK ".
7. Click on " My Profile ".
8. Underneath your username, click on " Access Rights ".
9. Underneath your username, click on " Residents Menu ".
10. Click on " Login as a guest ".
