Midtown Resident Portal is a website that helps people living in the Collection Midtown development manage their accounts, access services and communicate with their neighbors. To login, please follow these instructions:
1. Click the "Sign In" button on the homepage.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click "Sign In."
3. You'll be redirected to the home page of Midtown Resident Portal.
How to login
If you are a resident of Collection Midtown and would like to login to the website, follow these simple steps:
1. Click on the "Login" button located in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields, and click on "Log In."
3. You will now be taken to the "Residents Homepage." Here, you can explore all of the amenities and services available to you as a Collection Midtown resident.
How to create an account
To create an account on the Collection Midtown Resident Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the Collection Midtown Resident Portal home page and click on "Login".
2. Type in your email address in the "Email Address" field and click on "Create Account".
3. In the "Password" field, type in a password and click on "Create Account".
4. Once you've created your account, you'll be able to login by entering your email address and password in the respective fields on the homepage of the Collection Midtown Resident Portal.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it.:
1. Log in to the Collection Midtown Resident Portal using your username and password.
2. Click on the "My Account" link in the header bar at the top of the page.
3. On the "My Account" page, click on the "Change Password" link in the left column.
4. Enter your current password in the "New Password" box and click on the "Change Password" button.
5. Enter a new, strong password in the "New Password" box and click on the "Change Password" button.
6. Click on the "Log Out" link at the bottom of the page to log out of your account and confirm that your new password has been entered correctly.

How to use the Resident Portal
The Resident Portal is a new way for residents to access their account information, including their calendar, contacts, and other activities. To use the Resident Portal, you will first need to create an account. Once you have created your account, you can login using the following steps:
1. Go to the homepage of the website.
2. Click on "Login" in the top right corner of the page.
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields.
4. Click on "Log In."
5. You will now be on your Resident Portal home page.
6. On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see a list of categories that include "My Activities," "My Calendar," and "My Contacts."
7. To access any of these areas, click on the name of the category that interests you and then click on the corresponding link or icon.
8. You can also access most areas of the Resident Portal by clicking on the "Home" link at the top of the screen.
How to find your nearest polling place
If you are registered to vote in New York City, you can find your polling place on the Department of Citywide Administrative Services website. To access the website, go to http://www.nyc.gov/html/dcs/dcs-home.shtml and type “polling places” in the search bar. Then click on the result that says “Polls by Mail” underneath the heading “Voting Information.” Next, under the heading “Polling Places by District,” click on the link for your district. On the next page, under the heading “Polling Place Locator,” you will find a list of polling places in your district. You can also enter your address into the search bar on this page to find your polling place.
If you are voting by mail, you will need to obtain a ballot and an envelope from your municipality or county clerk. You can find instructions for voting by mail on the Department of Citywide Administrative Services website or from your municipality or county clerk’s office.
How to vote by mail
Collection Midtown residents can vote by mail using the following instructions.
1. Complete and return the Vote-by-Mail Ballot to the address below regardless of whether you are voting in person or by mail.
2. You may vote by mail even if you are not registered to vote in your community.
3. Your ballot must be received no later than 8:00 p.m., on Tuesday, November 13, 2016.
4. If you are voting in person, please go to the polling place at the address below on Election Day and vote according to your registered party affiliation. For more information about voting in person, please see their website at www.vote411nyc.org .
5. If you are voting by mail, please fill out and return the enclosed Vote-by-Mail Ballot to us along with your voter registration card and a copy of your photo ID (if available). Your registration card should list your name as it appears on your driver’s license or passport, your home address, and your voter registration number (if applicable).

How to vote in person
In order to vote in person at the Collection Midtown Resident Portal, you will need your resident identification number or social security number. You can find this information on your resident portal account statement or on your driver's license. If you do not have this information, you can vote by mail.
To vote by mail, go to the address on the back of your resident portal statement and Complete and return the voter registration form. You will also need to include a copy of your photo identification and proof of residence, such as a current lease or mortgage statement.
