First, open the Users module.
Next, click on the name of the user you want to block.
On the Blocks page, select Block this user.
You will be prompted to confirm your decision.
How to Report a Violation
If you believe that there has been a violation of the Cobham Portal terms of service, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Report a Violation" link on the top right corner of the Cobham Portal home page.
2. On the "Report a Violation" screen, select your user account from the list and provide as much information as possible about what happened.
3. In the "What type of violation?" field, select "Cobham Portal Terms of Service."
4. In the "When did this happen?" field, provide as much information as possible about when and where the violation took place.
5. In the "Description of how you believe this violates their Terms of Service" field, provide a detailed explanation of what happened and how it violates their terms of service.
6. Click on "Submit Report." Your report will be sent to Cobham for review and any necessary action will be taken.
