How to login to the Client Portal
If you are not already logged in to the Client Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account at www.cmme.com
2. Click on the "Client Portal" icon on the top right of the screen
3. Enter your user name and password and click "Login"
4. You will now be directed to the main Client Portal screen.
5. Click on the "My Account" tab on the left hand side of the screen and select "Login As..."
6. Enter your email address and click "Login"
7. You will be redirected to a new screen where you can enter your password again for added security.
How to add a new client
Adding a new client to the Cmme Client Portal is easy. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to the Cmme Client Portal and click on the "Clients" tab on the left-hand side.
2. Click on the "+ Add New Client" button in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Enter your client's name, email address and password into the appropriate fields and click on the "Add" button.
4. Congratulations! Your new client has now been added to the Cmme Client Portal.
How to update an existing client information
If you have an existing client portal account, you can update your information by following these steps:
1. Log into your client portal account.
2. Click the "My Account" tab.
3. Enter your login credentials and click "Log In."
4. On the "My Account" page, click the "Update Client Info" link.

How to cancel an appointment
If you need to cancel an appointment, please follow these steps:

2. Click on the appointment you would like to cancel.
3. On the "Cancellation" tab, click the "Cancel Appointment" button.
4. If you are canceling for a patient, please enter their patient number in the "Patient Number" field and click the "Submit" button.
5. If you are canceling for yourself, please enter your login credentials in the "Login credentials" field and click the "Submit" button.
How to retrieve a past appointment
If you would like to retrieve a past appointment, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the "Cmme Client Portal" tab on the homepage.
2. Click on the "Past Appointments" link in the menu bar at the top of the page.
3. You will be asked to enter your login credentials. If you have not already logged in, please do so now.
4. Once you have logged in, you will see a list of your past appointments. To view details about an appointment, click on its title.
